What are Tickets?
Tickets can be used instead of using cash or card to pay for things from any of the school run stalls such as face painting, glitter tattoos, BBQ, books, puzzles, plants and games.
1 ticket = $1
Note: Tickets cannot be used for the amusement rides, external market stalls and external food stalls (ok for the BBQ though!)
Can I pay with a card?
We’re making things easy—EFTPOS will be available to purchase tickets and at some stalls. 💳✨
Prefer to pay with cash? That’s fine too—cash will be accepted at all stalls.
Alternatively you can purchase tickets that the kids (or adults) can use as money on the day. $1 = 1 ticket.
Please note that not all stalls will accept tickets (some food options and external market stalls)
Can I pre-purchase tickets?
Yes! And in fact we encourage it! Tickets can be pre-purchased here.
Do I need a ticket for the amusement rides?
To go on the amusement rides you need to purchase a wrist band. You can pre-purchase wrist bands for unlimited rides for $30 by 5pm Thursday 30th October or purchase at the fete for $40. You can also purchase a one-off ride for $8.
Please note: You cannot use fete tickets to go on the amusement rides.
The amusement rides will conclude at 1.30
How to become a volunteer?
We cannot run this day without the assistance of volunteers! There are many areas where we need volunteers – setting up in the morning, helping out on stalls during the day and packing up in the afternoon.

How do I become a sponsor?

How can I donate?
We welcome contributions to help make our fete a success. If you’d like to donate, we’re currently seeking the following items:
- Books or puzzles – new or pre-loved, for all ages
- Chocolate – for our Lob-a-Choc stall
- Plants – potted up and ready for sale on fete day
- Baked goods – homemade treats for our bake sale
- Lucky Dip prizes – new, unwrapped items (approx. $5 value) would be amazing!

Will there be a first aid station?
Yes! We have St Johns ambulance services in attendance for the duration of the fete.
